*** Our contract with GHI terminated on September 1st, 2011. After many years of a highly satisfactory relationship, recent policy changes in regards to infertility services at GHI, combined with a reimbursement schedule, which has not kept up with increasing costs in providing state-of-the-arts infertility services, led us to the difficult decision to cancel our contract with GHI as of September 1, 2011.
